We all extend our sincere thanks to Representatives Danny K. Davis (D-IL) and Jackie Walorski (R-IN) and Senators Bob Casey (D-PA) and Roy Blunt (R-MO) for introducing the bipartisan Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act of 2021 (S. 1156/H.R. 3031). Please find a press release here.

We think this bill has the best chance we’ve seen recently to become law. But we need your help! Please take a few minutes to spread the word and ask additional Members of Congress to co-sponsor this important legislation. And please forward this email to your friends, neighbors, colleagues, clients, members and others you think might be interested, so that they can also reach out to their Senators and House members on this new co-sponsorship opportunity!

• Encourage your lawmakers to support the Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act of 2021. Find your Member of Congress by clicking here.
